Resumo: The relationship between humans and their artifacts has remained over thousands of years walking alongside the route of technology , leaving their cultural mark on the lives of different styles on each Era . The fascination with the use of objects as aid task was so much that has become increasingly obvious as the story of the man approaches these days However , this binding walked society to one of the biggest crises facing today, sedentary lifestyle . Sedentary lifestyle has been erroneously associated with lack of attitude or laziness associated with a particular individual when in fact there are other factors such as social, environmental and global issues surrounding the experience of it. One of the areas that contributed most to the advancement of this problem was not technology but Design that has guided its principles as a facilitating tool tasks. Issues such as transportation systems as well the variety and availability of the products are associated as major contributors of this constant demand for easiness. That said, it is necessary to find the element that is able to motivate the individual to combat sedentary lifestyle practicing a physical activity, the fun factor. The gamification is approached as a potential tool to awaken in man the fun encouraging the playing of games . It is a theme that has been growing in recent years and has shown fairly consistent results. The investigation proceed with the analysis of some products on the market based premises of the gamification as well as those made by Nike Inc. These premises are to be used as foundations for the development of the project proposal. A proposal which will be accompanied with a strategic plan of the product, and the definition of the intended target and its usability which reflects the potential that the product has to solve the problems of future cardiovascular diseases benefiting the younger generations
