A promoção da motivação pela competição : área disciplinar não curricular, área de projecto do 12º ano

Abstract

A escola é a formação base do indivíduo para o ingresso na vida ativa. A escola é um dos principais pilares sobre os quais assenta a construção do futuro capital social e humano. Torna-se necessário cativar e motivar os alunos para as situações do futuro, ou seja, para os desafios que terão de enfrentar e de resolver. Este é o caminho da aprendizagem. Que os alunos comecem a caminhar. “Um caminho de mil quilómetros começa com o primeiro passo.” (Lao-Tse) Este trabalho assume a forma de um relatório de prática de ensino supervisionada que pretende espelhar o percurso das atividades e promover uma reflexão sobre os mesmos. A área curricular não disciplinar em questão é a Área de Projeto. O tema é a promoção da motivação pela competição. O relatório pretende demonstrar o percurso realizado desde a apresentação da atividade, as alterações dos alunos, a competição como objeto final. O percurso deste trabalho inicia-se com uma introdução e contextualização. Segue-se a enunciação da problemática e das questões inerentes. Aflora-se a questão da motivação e competição. Aborda-se a Área de Projeto e o seu enquadramento na reforma curricular do ensino secundário. Refere-se de seguida a metodologia do trabalho em grupo, reafirmando-se a sua importância para este tipo de intervenção. De seguida, indicam-se várias iniciativas robóticas de forma a sustentar o tipo de ação realizada. Por fim, a descrição da atividade em si com a conclusão em forma de reflexão que pretende agregar e conciliar todos os pontos de percurso deste trabalho.

It is necessary to engage and motivate students to the future, that is, the challenges they face and have solve. This is the way of the learning. Let the students begin to walk. “A way of thousand miles begins with a first step..” (Lao-Tse) This work takes the form of a report of supervised teaching practice which aims to mirror the path of activity and to promote a reflection on them. The non-curricular subject area in question is the Project Area. The theme is the motivation for promoting competition. The report aims to show the route taken from the submission of activity, the changes made by students, the competition as the final object. The course of this work begins with an introduction and contextualization. Following the statement of the problem and the issues involved. Raises the question of motivation and competition. Addresses the Project Area and its environment in the curriculum reform of secondary education. Refers to the methodology of group work, is reaffirming its importance for this type of intervention. The indication of various robotic initiatives in order to sustain the kind of action taken. Finally, the description of the activity itself with the conclusion in the form of reflection that aims to aggregate and reconcile all the waypoints of this work.
