Resumo: The different personal relationships that have been achieved within the educational community art made with different actors to assume extreme positions sometimes and that led to conflicts or disagreements that processes triggered by institutional and even social. Many have advocated its professional grade and have will be protected by the status of the position they occupied, while others have sought to fight for something they identified as fair, honorable and well deserved, always looking forward with specific facts against what they considered to be the chain and the limited power that tried to silence. To understand the changing demands of the student class, how to make the displeasure and indignation as well as the repression was exercised is important to go back in time and take stock of how the school is organized and how it was monitoring the progress of society. It is important to understand and compare the evolution (in terms of relations) of the student, employee, teacher and their superiors in regard to teaching practices
